Each year we take a family vacation. What I mean by that is we meet my parents and siblings somewhere warm for fun in the sun. We spent time playing on the beach, in the pool, on pontoon boats with dolphins swimming near, late night dinners and hilarious karaoke (I was a rookie until last week – Ha!)
Yes, the fun and sun was great but for me, bittersweet…. I could hardly take watching my family FRY THEMSELVES! There I am, making my son look me in the eye, telling him “Medrick’s don’t burn!”. I am trying to instill the importance of sunscreen and getting out of the sun when enough is enough! Frying yourself is soooo 1982.
My sister informed me on the trip that this was her only chance to get a tan before going back to work and starting the summer. I beg to differ….have you ever heard of spray tan?!?! Yes, that’s right people, a golden tan without turning orange is only 15 minutes away! Start your vacation without feeling like
Come try our new tan tent, it so cool! You can wear as little or as much clothing as you like and afterward, we will get you dry and non-stickey. In about 8 hours your tan will be fully developed....don't plan on exercising or showering for the rest of day and you'll love your tan.
Welcome to my new and improved web site and with it, I've decided to start a blog.... I talk about skin care all the time so I thought "Why not write about it?"
I have two boys under the age of four and this week we are on vacation visiting family in Florida... After almost a week on the beach chasing toddlers and sans makeup or hair, I've decided that good brows and lashes are essential to looking like you haven't been run over by a sand truck or pummeled by a rogue wave all the time!
My advice of the week: Go get your brows done!
Brows are a fashion statement, and rightly so. Give us 15-20 minutes to trim, tweeze, wax and groom your brow, (and possibly color) and you'll have a beautiful new frame for your face....
Thank goodness I saw Monique before I left!
