Policies

Why do I have to provide a valid credit card to make an appointment?  Due to an abundance of no shows and late cancellations, we require a valid credit card to reserve your appointment. 


If you cancel within 24 hours of the start of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service if we are unable to fill that time. If we are able to schedule another client during that time, you will not incur any charge.  Appointments scheduled for Mondays must be cancelled online via your MindBody account.  Voicemails left over the weekend to cancel a Monday appointment will incur 100% of the cost of the service if not cancelled online.  No shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost of service


What happens if I'm running late for my appointment?  We have a 10 minute late policy.  If you are more than 9 minutes late for your reservation, you will be marked as a no show and we may have to schedule all or part of your services.  We ask that you call us and let us know when you are running late so we can best accomodate you.  

I can't find my gift certificate, can you track it?  Unfortunately, gift certificates are not able to be tracked.  Please treat them as cash.  You must present the gift certificate at time of payment to redeem it.  



Can I walk in or do I need a reservation?   We'd love to be able to accommodate walk in appointments, however, we are generally fully booked a week or more out.  Please call us as we do get cancellations and can sometimes accomodate last minute requests. 


What is a Studio G Star Card?  As all our clients are stars to us, we've reintroduced and renamed our popular 10 for 10 card program.  As in the past, you get one stamp for each service you receive.  Ten stamps gets you $10 off your next service.  You will need to keep track of your card.  We are unable to hold onto these cards for you.  


I put money on my account on Noel Night.  Do I have to use it by a specific date?  Yes. These dollars must be used by the next Noel Night.
