Why do I have to provide a valid credit card to make an appointment? Due to an abundance of no shows and late cancellations, we require a valid credit card to reserve your appointment.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the start of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service if we are unable to fill that time. If we are able to schedule another client during that time, you will not incur any charge. Appointments scheduled for Mondays must be cancelled online via your MindBody account. Voicemails left over the weekend to cancel a Monday appointment will incur 100% of the cost of the service if not cancelled online. No shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost of service.
We've had quite a few clients who are booking appointments online and then drastically changing them once they arrive to the studio, for example booking an hour long brow lamination appointment when they only want a brow wax, which is 15 minutes. When you're booking appointments, you are reserving the technician's time. Booking a long appointment and then shortening it, directly affects the technician and keeps us from being able to fill that time with another client from our very long waitlist.
You are responsible for the appointment you booked online. Change it if you want, but you will be paying for the appointment in it's entirety. If you are unsure of what you're booking online, call us! Sandy is always helpful with booking exactly what you want and fitting in shorter appointments.
What happens if I'm running late for my appointment? We have a 10 minute late policy. If you are more than 9 minutes late for your reservation, you will be marked as a no show and we may have to schedule all or part of your services. We ask that you call us and let us know when you are running late so we can best accomodate you.
I can't find my gift certificate, can you track it? Unfortunately, gift certificates are not able to be tracked. Please treat them as cash. You must present the gift certificate at time of payment to redeem it.
Can I walk in or do I need a reservation? We'd love to be able to accommodate walk in appointments, however, we are generally fully booked a week or more out. Please call us to be added to our waitlist as we do get cancellations.
What is a Studio G 10 for 10 Card? As all our clients are stars to us, we've reintroduced our popular 10 for 10 card program. As in the past, you get one stamp for each service you receive. Ten stamps gets you $10 off your next service. You will need to keep track of your card. We are unable to hold onto these cards for you.
